Clean, tidy, easy parking.

What could be improved

I arrived for my appointment, and the staff on reception told me rather rudely that I had the wrong day. I asked them to check and they would not, insisting I was wrong, and sent me home, having taken the day off work. It turns out they had messed up their admin, and I had in fact been booked on that day. Needless to say I booked my next appointment elsewhere.
