More people staffing the phones. Whatever time you try ring to get through and check an appointment all you get is put on hold for 30mins plus

Thank you for your feedback. The Outpatient Appointment Booking Service have undergone a service review and as well as updating staff training, the booking line now has extended opening hours of 8am to 8pm.
