What could be improved

I am provided with transport for which I am grateful, but why can't all drivers drop me off at the radiography entrance, instead of me having to wait for a porter to wheel me a long way to the department, thus making me late for my 10am appointment? I am aware that heavy traffic is a problem but the wait in the transport lounge is too much.

Anything else?

There seem to be many ambulances parked outside, but where are all the drivers? I have had to wait up to 2 hours to be taken home, whilst feeling very ill. The girls behind the transport desk do not seem to have much care for the feelings or discomfort of patients. I simply dread the next 3 weeks just because of the lengthy waiting times. logo
