"My son was admitted to A&E ..."

What I liked

My son was admitted to A&E and then up to the childrens ward where we had to stay overnight. They had a wonderful play area where we could distract him and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food was very good with well balanced food for the children (and parent)

What could be improved

I have to say that the parking is very bad with my husband having to park in the centre of town as there were no spaces available in the car park

Anything else?

Just a big thank you to the staff who were ever so helpful as I had to phone several times and come into see them on the ward with my son before and after he was admitted - the 'open door' policy was a real help.
