"Positive review of care at James Paget"

I was recently taken to James Paget hospital by ambulance.

The ambulance staff were excellent; very professional with the right balance of humour and kindness.

On arriving at the hospital all the staff I saw were excellent and there was a minimum of waiting around.

I was kept informed of what was happening at all times and felt reassured about my condition when I went home.

I also attend two clinics at the James Paget and the service I receive is always of a high standard, where staff are polite and efficient.

The NHS seems to get so much bad publicity that I feel I would like to counter this as from what I see good service seems to be normal practice, certainly at James Paget.
