"Congratulations To the specialist and their team"

I went for my appointment (Friday 3rd March 2017) in the RLH Clinic 3, Ground Floor Main Building, Luckes Entrance, Stepney Way.

I want to tell you how impressed I was, that I was seen on time, by a fabulous, charming knowledgeable specialist of Colorectal Surgery/Pelvic Floor disorders and their very kind assistant.

The specialist was simply amazing. Between the specialist and their assistant, they put me at ease, which is very important considering the unpleasant and embarrassing test they had to perform, to diagnose my conditions given the symptoms I had. I felt it so important to review my good experience , telling you how impressed I was, the way the specialist put me at ease, and explained everything to me so clearly.

Congratulations to the specialist, their assistant and the department for being so efficient. I am normally quick to complain, but am also pleased to give credit when due, as was certainly the case here.
