The fetal care consultants & professor, very helpful, polite & caring
What could be improved
Reception ... they lost my notes neveer called me back to say they have been found they are rude and act that they are doing you a favour booking you in. They avoid eye contact at all times
Anything else?
training training and some more training in customer service skills for reception staff
