"I am looking forward to riding my push bike when I get out"

About: St Andrew's Healthcare Birmingham / Moor Green

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been here for about a year months. This hospital is better than the last one I was at. The environment is nicer and the food is better. I am looking forward to riding my push bike when I get out. I would like to ride my bike again even if it is in the courtyard.

It may be beneficial for you to speak to your MDT with regards to riding your bike, they will be able to put you in touch with our physical health colleagues, if you are keen on getting more exercise.
