What could be improved
poor communication from doctors to patience relatives.(ie update on there condition) Nurses/carers very poor english, very slow to attend patience needs, never enough staff to cope with the amount of patience, on numerous occassions pill draws have been left unlocked. only one commode for to many patience.
Anything else?
I have been visiting a relative at this hospital for over 4 months and I find that I have to bring things to the nurses and doctors attention ie swollen legs etc. etc they should observe these things. On the whole not satified at all. Bring back Matron.
