What I liked

The staff whom I dealt with at Reception were acceptable, the nurses however were exceptional.

What could be improved

The Reception area and the general area could do with updating as its started to look shabby.

Parking is a problem as it seems to be taken by the consultants and General Visitors to BMI.

BMI could be a bit more forthcoming with regards to fees as not all Consultants they use are listed as working to BUPA guidlines so you have to chase for answers to what should be fairly straight forward.
