What could be improved

Staff attitude, why was I asked who told you to come here at the walk in centre? The nurse treating me seemed disinterested and I was not asked if it was Ok for a student to be present during my assessment another colleague barged in the room to ask if she could nip out, the nurse disagnosed that I had cramp if I had cramp the whole foot would have been affected and to walk on my foot properly, I walked to the centre... very poor diagnosis, thank god my GP was more helpful it was caused by my recent injury.

Staff were rude and were not helpful
