What I liked
Hospital was very clean. Consultant was polite and professional and my operations were successful. Reception staff very pleasant.
What could be improved
Some of the nursing staff (not all) weren't quite as friendly as my visit in 2007 (different people). Some of them looked a bit miserable when they were walking up and down. Maybe a smile or two wouldn't go amiss.
