What could be improved

I have been sent an appointment for the Breast Screening Dept. What I want is a site map showing where the various departments are once I arrive in the hospital car park.

This could be featured on your website and/or accompany the appointment letter.

Many thanks for your comment. Maps are available in the entrances to our hospitals showing the location of different departments. We will look to provide these electronically in the future. Many thanks again
