"Staff amazing with me"

About: One Recovery Bucks

(as the patient),

Very good. get on with everyone. Staff amazing with me. I became involved as when younger I was involved in criminal activity someone used to ask if I need support. They continued to ask and eventually I realised I had a problem.

Sometimes feel that rumours are spread about an individual that are untrue. Find sometimes difficult to talk about my care, setting goals. Would like to speak with someone about my depression.

Hi and thank you for taking time to give us your feedback. I'm am so glad to hear that you find our staff at STARs amazing, I think they are too!

Speak to your key worker or the group facilitator about the rumors so they can manage this and put actions in place for this to stop.

As I am sure you are aware Recovery is a process and it can be difficult to discuss issues or where we are at with our goals. Ask your keyworker for a recovery plan review which may help focus where you are at and what you need to work on next, remember your assets and build on those.

Regarding your depression, we can support you liaising with your GP, Healthy Mind (our local IAPT service) or the adult mental health team whichever you feel best suits your needs. If you feel like you have underlying issues which are linked to your substance use / depression then speak to your keyworker about accessing our in-house counseling services as this can really help.

Thanks again for taking time to give us this useful feedback.

All the best with your recovery.
