Thanks for taking time out to feedback. Good to hear how well you are doing. Seeing the positive changes physically can be a big motivator to keep you achieving your goals.

At STARs we understand that being open and honest about issues and the struggles of the causes of addiction can be difficult. Trust with your keyworker and group facilitators will evolve over time (your time) but although this might feel like a hard up hill struggle your recovery journey will get easier the more you engage and start achieving your own recovery goals. Try to focus on your own assets (things you do well) as this will help your confidence.

Remember there is support 7 days a week in Bucks either at STARs or mutual aid (AA, NA or SMART Recovery) ask your keyworker for a timetable if you haven't got one already.

All the best

Tracy
