What I liked
i was always treated as a human being, never dismissed and opinions taken into consideration. staff always readily available to listen and looked as though interested. i never felt as though i was a burden to anyone.
What could be improved
the only point i felt was an issue at times were too many agency staff particularly at weekends who obviously didn't know you. This at times left me feeling vulnerable.
Also i felt as a person requiring a specific diet, not enough time or imagination was used. Not sure whether it was lack of knowledge or it was too much hassle.
