"I so appreciate all their care"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I attended the McDonald Suite at Crosshouse Hospital , and had a Nurse Led Hysteroscopy done.

I was very nervous at first, but immediately the lovely nurses put me at ease with their warmth and friendliness.

They explained everything in detail with such kindness and understanding, and gave me all the time I needed to prepare myself.

This procedure was carried out so professionally by Michelle and her team (all wonderful, smiling, caring and competent ) with very little discomfort.

They were all so kind to me and a credit to themselves and our NHS at Crosshouse.

I so appreciate all their care.

We do have Angels in our midst!

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
