What I liked
The compassion showed to me by the receptionist as I was in terrible pain.The speed in which MRI scan was set up for me.The after care(Physio) which took place in Totton was excellent and has helped me to recover.
What could be improved

Anything else?
The physio that dealt with me was very professional.I had every cofidence in him and am very grateful for all his help.
