What I liked

The new building is exceptional. The care was as I have come to expect: also exceptional. All of the staff seem to have a genuine care and interest and were helpful and courteous.

What could be improved

My appointment was 45 minutes late which is, I believe, longer than the patients' charter target. I don't blame the doctor in question; she works her socks off, but it's obvious that there are more people needing treatment than there are realistic clinic slots available.
