"I was in AE for 5 and half hrs ..."

I was in AE for 5 and half hrs b4 being moved to the ward, when i had got there i was ignored for a further 2 hrs. The 1st Night i was there i was badly in pain and could do with some pain killers the Nurses would walk pass and look at me and at this point i was crying in pain.. so none of them came to me so i managed to get myself up when i went to the nurse i had asked her politly and she replied with "cant you see im busy" !!! Im a British person so i think i deserve a british doctor or at least a doctor who can speak fluent english. The doctor told me i could go home after being in there a week so i was really excited to see my little boy, I went to the bathroom to freshen up and when i got back the Nurses was clearing my bed and packing my stuff. I then was transported to the outpaitents ward where they expected my to wait in this little room for 4 hrsfor my med... i rang my partner to collect me i just wanted to get home. The Nurses told me i could collect my med tomorrow so i went bk and they were shut..! i was getn really mad at this point they were sending me all over the hospital to see if someone could get in the end i gave up and went back home. went back 2 days later bcas i was ill and needed my med and they turned round to me saying that i already had it! Im really shocked about how they have treated me and a few other's i have met in there!
