back and hip Pain 2 years.
Let down with first Physio after 4 visits. Let down by their line manager based at Cross house
Now onto another physio and after 5 visits ( six weeks apart) no change to severe hip and back pain.
Don't seem to be getting my message through, no progress on referral to a specialist as agreed on assessment day,
Last visit lasted about 5 min told to keep doing exercise which I have been doing daily for 6 months. Every effort on my part to reduce pain no success. By this stage no consideration from the physio section to xray spine and pain area. Discussed with my doctor informed to seek confirmation from physio or seek second opinion;
Informed by physio to continue and Just take a pain relief pill when it is sore. Do not find the attention to the pain area are being properly assessed, nor move onto another section properly.
I feel they have lost interest and ignore their own comments made on first day of assessment. Should have been appraised with specialist much earlier. I feel they are working in the dark and the exercise has not shown any improvement in condition.
To be blunt I am quickly becoming angry at the lack of direction from the NHS physio section.
Booking system problems were communication from line manager advised patient of next step/
Sitting here at 2am writing this due to anger at being unable to sleep
Still await a proper specialist assessment to clear unknown.
"Feels like they're losing interest"
