What I liked

The Gynecology dept was clean and I did not have to wait too long for my appointment.

What could be improved

The receptionists were VERY RUDE, did not provide any info, were very annoyed to answer questions and discussed my private details in front of other patients (I actually had to ask oher patients to move back to protect my privacy). I felt very frustrated and humiliated by the way I was treated by a specific receptionist, who amongst other things arrogantly told me that "Obviously, Dr X is a man" (That was not obvious to me). The front staff should get some training on how to deal with people, especially in such a sensitive dept.

The doctor prescribed me a list of tests, scans, x-rays plus medicines without explaining what for. When I asked why I was going to do a specific test, she handed me a leaflet to read. I left the room with a whole bunch of referrals to bring in at least 7 different places, with different opening times and in different dates. The doctor was not compassionate at all, I did not feel comfortable with her and she made me feel as if I was wasting her time.

I understand the time constraints, but there is a limit! My visit (which I was waiting for 8 months) lasted exactly 6 minutes.

Anything else?

I would never go back to have treatment in this hospital...I'm going to ask my doctor to refer me somewhere else (and maybe wait 8 more months)
