"Excellent treatment and care from a nurse at Leicester Royal"

Nikki the nurse, what an excellent employee, the right person in the right job. She is patient centred and has time to listen and explain what is happening and what the options are. She was able to answer questions in plain English without making me feel stupid. She took time to make sure I understood all the options and the possible outcomes of all options. She encouraged me to make the decision as to how I felt I would like my condition treating.

The whole procedure was explained and appointments made for treatment and follow up before I left the department. This was an excellent service, why can't all departments be run on this basis?
