"Appointment nightmare"

We have been waiting for almost two months for an appointment with orthopedics for my disabled daughter. The hospital is unable to tell me when we will receive an appointment. We were also referred to pediatrics and ophthalmology. We received those appointments, but on the same date at the same time. After rescheduling the ophthalmology appointment, we received a letter to say that the pediatrics appointment had been rescheduled by the hospital. When I called to inquire, I was told that - in fact - the pediatrics appointment had been cancelled, and my daughter had been discharged without ever being seen. I am distraught because we have been waiting for that appointment to discuss my child's complex epilepsy. We absolutely need a pediatrician to be referred to a tertiary care hospital (neither the GP nor the A&E can refer us).
