I attended The Audiology department today 3/3/2017 without an appointment after a mishap with my aids.
I was attended to promptly at reception by an Audiologist who was very understanding to the difficulty I was in, and arranged to see me as soon as she was able.
The Audiologist fitted me with new aids they were very professional and extremely caring and explained the best way forward as I had now moved from the Paediatric to Adult department. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to send us such positive feedback. I was pleased to read that the staff were understanding, professional and extremely caring towards your needs and that they arranged for you be seen and that new hearing aids were fitted even though you didn't have an appointment.
