"Urology One Stop Clinic - Malton"

I was referred for tests at the new OSC in Malton.

My appointment was scheduled for the first day of operation on March 1st, although they apparently completed a practise run the previous day. I was very impressed from start to finish. Apart from the staff who dealt with me personally I watched the way they interacted with the other patients, many of whom like myself perhaps found the whole experience, faced with a range of tests, rather daunting. In a nutshell the staff were excellent.

My own experience was positive, in that I was discharged with no further action required.

I hope this OSC approach is here to stay.
