What I liked
The doctor saw a patient before me and took their time with that patient. They then rushed me out and was so rushed that I was flustered enough to forget to let them know that they had made a mistake. The doctor ordered a blood test for me but did nottell me where to. I had to ask the nurse who then printed out the blood test 'sheets' and advised me that i should have been advised by the Doctor as to what I shoudl do. The doctor should have also given me the blood test paper. VERY VERY Disorganised Mint Ward
What could be improved
Give better patient care. Take patient illness seriously. Do not rush to fulfil your personal life...it could cost a patient their life or be detrimental to patient health as you could miss something as my doctoer did with me.
Anything else?
Every patient should be treated as important as the next
