When ringing the switchboard it would have been nice if the switchboard answered, rather than being bounced from one ward to another until someone had the time to find out what ward my Mother was on

No, I'm still too angry to be coherent, although it would be nice to have some facility where I could speak to my Mother once in a while. logo
