This was the worse experience of my life. The nurses were generally inadequate even with the most basic tasks, some were so rude they shocked me. One swore at me and I heard her say in a loud voice to other nurses I could [swear word] off. It was appaling -there was also an atmosphere of bullying between the nurses. The ward was very dirty. The doctors seemed to be battling to provide a good service. They were the only credible and professional people I encounted.I feel it would have been better if the doctors could have been there to supervise the nursing staff. I would never go there again -ever. I was left waiting 10 hours for my operation due to a mix up. I left early despite not being ready.The care I received at home by an unqualified care assistant [which I paid for] was much better.
