What I liked

My gran has been suffering for two years with her legs, not having much treatment from other hospitals ,and could not walk,she felt just like a number not a person. yet she comes to frank jacob ward,for 5 weeks and still being treated here.,with all the help and care she can now walk, and is a new lady just in 5 weeks,pity we didnt know of this place earlier The staff need a medal,they are always on the go, always needed in demand,and so much praise to them,they are caring and absolutely fantastic,with lots of patience.

I like the fact they take the phone to the patient.and always find time to help you,

What could be improved

The heating is too high sometimes,

and the telly thats nearest patient can be too loud for them sometimes.

more staff needed so patients are taken to the toilet on time.because the staff are rushed off thier feet,

Anything else?

Just a fantastic place and very clean, nice friendly helpful staff,
