What I liked

I was very nervous and i was treated with the upmost respect and i would recommend others who have tooth problems,

I had an appointment a week ago and was give antibiotic and then the following week (today ) I had an extraction, I asked for cream to numb my gums to be put on first as I have a phobia of needles and pain, this was done and then i was told what they were going to be doing.

Through out the prcedure I was asked if I was ok and I was asked to signal if there was any pain, which I did and he was very good and gave me a rest when I needed it. I was dreading going to Birmingham dental as I had heard so many bad reports of other people. This was not the case, so I think if your reading this now, then dont be affraid just go, they are wonderful. I was also told about after care, I was all finished within the hour, a quick and wonderful service.

I must tell people as i had to find this out on the phone , your best to get there early at 7.30Am if you want to be seen quickly as it is a ticket calling service and it gets full very quickly.

It is interesting that you have “heard so many bad reports”. This is a disappointment to us hear that you have heard poor reviews of our services previously. We have approximately 120,000 patient attendances each year and have many many positive comments from patients and very few incidents and complaints. However, we will note your comments and make improvements to our patient information regarding how to access our services.
