What could be improved

I was bringing a relative for an 11.30 appointment made by an Out of Hours doctor at Fordingbridge Hospital recently. I arrived 5 minutes early, but there was no signage to indicate where on earth the OOH office was, on this spread-out hospital site. Can someone please paint OUT OF HOURS SURGERY THIS WAY on an easel, and put it out on each weekend, where the public can see it. I spent 15 minutes trying to find the office, after asking 4 people. It is absolutely dreadful that it is so difficult to find. I appreciate OOH wouldn't want 'casual, walk-in patients, but to hide it away at this location, is ludicrous. Even the GP on duty agreed it was poor. It wouldn't cost very much to sort, and particularly patients with very sick children, or the frail/elderly walking wounded, find the current situation I imagine, totally impossible. Please advise me that this matter will be sorted as soon as possible. I have taken photographic evidence, and can forward it to whoever is interested.
