My father is a patient in Ward 4 PRI at present, the care he is receiving is second to none and just like to thank the staff for their sterling effort, my father is in the dark winter of his life and Consultant Dr Short had a chat with our family yesterday. This consultants bedside manner is unbelievably caring and professional, the way he spoke to my mother was they way he probably speaks to his own mum.
On the news and media everyone is taking a kick at the NHS and fortunately living in Perth we are quite lucky other than big cities with inner city problems. Anyway I'm straying from the point here, I don't know how you award personnel like Dr Short but an almighty pat in the back and stress how important he is to him.
