"I was forced to have 7 needles ..."

What could be improved

I was forced to have 7 needles in 2 hours because they had no qualified staff capable of putting in a canula for the test to avoid seperate needles !! This was even though the test was planned weeks in advance.

Anything else?

I found out later the test was not carried out according to requirements and standards and the result was threfore not worht the piece of paper it was written on and seven neddles were all for nothing
