"Waiting Times in the Rennie Eye Clinic"

The waiting times in the Rennie Eye Clinic were reviewed over twelve months ago. And it was promised that waiting times would improve. Today I lost a day off work, paid car park fee's and still didn't have my so called 10 minute laser eye surgery completed. After waiting for just over one hour. I gave up, and told them I was leaving.
