What I liked
The friendliness of the staff from reception all the way through to the nurses and consultant was brilliant.
I was pretty apprehensive prior to going in for surgery, and everyone made me feel at ease before and after.
I would definitely recommend the hospital and BMI to my friends and family.
What could be improved
The food wasn't brilliant, but I wasn't there for that!
