"Waiting time"

My mum yesterday had to wait two hours for her radiotherapy. There was nobody coming out to apologise for the delay. She is 83 and by the time she was called in she had become very anxious. One of the radiographers forgot to tell her to empty her bladder. So she had another wait. When she was finally called in she was in a state and could not cope with the oxygen mask, slight panic attack. It's hard enough for her having this treatment to take on board but with such long delays she's not coping and neither are her family. LA6 and LA7 can't seem to cope.
