What I liked
From the moment I entered the hospital I was treated with courtesy and kindness. The receptionist was efficient and polite , I hardly had to wait five minutes and the nurse who attended to me (VICKY) was very professional. She was exceptional; calm, friendly, empathic,knowledgeable and informative .
What could be improved

The security officer went out of his way to help put a walking frame in the car, even though it was raining when we left.
