What I liked
i didnt have to wait very long for my x-ray
What could be improved
The attitude of staff wasnt very poilte, the reception staff were rude and took little interest in me.
Anything else?
the x-ray nurse only briefly looked over my x-ray and didnt explain it to me very well, and neither did my GP - whatever damage had been done was never diagnosed and im still suffering to this day even after a month of physiotherepy.
staff should remain professional but should keep patients more infromed
