What I liked
The facility to obtain urgent but non-emergency medical treatemtnt without waiting for a doctor's appointment. I was treated for a minor injury to a fiinger within 30 minutes by a conscientous and polite nurse.
What could be improved
A little more space in the waiting area, which can get croweded and difficult for elderly or infirm patients to accces the seating.
More privacy while speaking to the receptionist.
