What I liked

I visited the hospital on Friday afternoon, it was a very short appointment for my hip. On reflection since coming away I have some additional questions. I have been trying to contact the hospital this morning (Sat) without success to find out how I can follow up my questions. It would be useful if there was an answerphone, email or at least something to contact

What could be improved

Answerphone or at least some form of automated responce. Email address would have been good
