"Care at Elm breast clinic"

I arrived at the Elm breast clinic after finding a lump on my breast. Feeling anxious I was met at reception by a friendly member of staff. I was informed that there would be a long wait as there was only one doctor available due to sickness. Although I did have to wait an hour, all staff were so friendly and helpful and really put me at ease. I feel so grateful for such wonderful people and for our NHS.
