What I liked

Everything. All the staff were friendly and helpful from my initail assement through to the minor op. All appointment times were kept withhout being kept waiting. After my other experience at Nottm QMC, this place is like a breath of fresh air.

What could be improved

Anything else?

Please convey my appreciation to the consultant and his team. As he promised I was back on my feet within days.
