"In spite of a busy department, my appointment was as usual on time."

About: Good Hope Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

The department (Sheldon unit) was another example of excellent Good Hope services. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and the area clean and obviously well run. The staff with Ms Sullivan and nurses were professional and reassured me that I was being looked after by a team who cared about their patients. Thanks for a good visit and, in spite of a busy department, my appointment was as usual on time.

Thank you for your kind feedback regarding Ophthalmology Services based in Sheldon Unit at Good Hope Hospital. I'm so pleased to read that on arrival you found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, professional and reassuring, and that the area was clean and appeared well run.

I will take great pleasure in ensuring that your comments are highlighted to Miss Sullivan, the Clinical Director for Ophthalmology and the Management Team who can then communicate your lovely feedback to all of the Ophthalmology Staff. Feedback such as yours is so important as it gives our staff a great boost!

I hope my actions are acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to post details of your experience, it is most appreciated and very important to us.
