This patient said that he was telephoned by a doctor at home. He was told that he had to go straight to A&E at Tameside Hospital. He was admitted to the Acute Ward and a pacemaker was fitted. He spent 5 days and 4 nights in the hospital. The staff in A&E and the Acute Ward were absolutely perfect. He said that he could not fault anything. They took the trouble to talk to him and answer his questions. He had to go back for a clinic appointment and again everything was great. They all treated him like he was a VIP.

He wants to pass on his praise and thanks.
