What I liked

On (21/10/08), our son Robert was delivered at Airedale, following an urgent caesarean. We would like to express our extreme gratitude for the professionalism, calmness and skill of the attending team, during what was a somewhat more traumatic experience than we would perhaps have liked.

All of the staff involved provided an excellent quality of care – the fact that both Robert and his Mum are thriving, having been discharged on 25/10 is wholly due to the quality of their work and that of those in the Labour and Maternity Wards.

Our various experiences of hospitals have been thankfully few, but we have always been impressed by Airedale’s staff, the cleanliness of the hospital and the standards of support and information.

This, most recent visit was the most positive of all, in every respect.
