What I liked

The staff who were on duty in A&E when I arrived were doing a good job under difficult circumstances. However when the changeover of staff occurred I was discharged despite being told by the doctor previously looking after me that I was to be admitted for further investigation and specialist opinion.

What could be improved

Patients included about decisions in their care. All the staff working together to avoid giving patients conflicting advice.
