What I liked

I have just returned from the hospital with my daughter (who was in to have a minor op in the surgical ward) I cannot praise the staff enough. My daughter has had some bad experiences in another hospital a number of times, and if she (and myself) ever need to go into hospital again we would choose this one. The room she was in was comfortable and spotless, and all the staff - from cleaners to consultants were very friendly and helpfull.

What could be improved

bad timing on our part maybe - but the canteen/cafe shut at 2.00pm, so although my daughter was well taken care of as a patient - I had to do with a chocolate bar!
