Dear The Cat Lady,

Thank you for posting your experiences on the site, I know the staff will be thinking of you as they read your story with grateful thanks for all the kind words.

Please don't worry about visiting the ward as we all know it is incredibly difficult following your loss as there will be many memories which may be hard to encounter.

We all wish you well and send our love to you on both the good and difficult days.

Kind regards

Gwen

Dear Cat Lady

I'm so sorry for your loss, and I would echo all Gwen's comments above.

I know it's so hard to cope with such a devastating loss but there are lots of organisations full of people who understand what you're going through and can help you through this incredibly difficult time. We can help to find you these organisations if that would help? The support that you found from the team in Wd6 is still there, and I would be happy to chat to you at any time, as I know Gwen would be too. Please phone us if this would help in any way. My number is 01355 584 475 and Gwen's number is 01355 584 664. We also have our own Spiritual Care colleague, Tricia, who would also be happy to support you. Please phone either Gwen or I if you want us to put you in touch with Tricia.

Please take good care of yourself and don't hesitate to get in touch.

Thanks

Susan

I hope you
