Was in the Day Surgery Unit yesterday for a short procedure - I can't praise the staff (at every level) highly enough - everyone was so helpful and caring. They kept me well informed and my mind at ease before the Op and made sure I was well cared for, warm and comfortable afterwards.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your visit to the Day Surgery Unit yesterday. I am pleased to read that staff were able to put you at ease beore your procedure and helped make your experience a positive one. It can be quite daunting coming in to hospital and I hope that you are recovering well at home. I will make sure that your feedback is shared with the staff in the Day Surgery Unit.
